After I had finished in the Scout Hut, I thought I
ought to take a photo of the Sports Pavilion as I had heard it was also
condemned and also due for demolition.
As I approached it I clearly saw shadows moving in the
upper part of the pavilion, and once nearer, realised it was being prepared
for a cricket match, with drinks and some food laid out. I was told that the
cricket match about to start was 'Medina ( local Asian based team ) versus
Marstons'. I took photos, the players looked at me as if I was mad, but hey,
that is a normal reaction upon seeing me appear with camera in hand,
photographing a sports pavilion. Whilst there I photographed the Long-Jump,
Discuss and Cricket Nets areas just to confirm to them my impending madness.
Also took some school shots for those of you who did
